Yes, you can return your order within 15 days of purchase if it is unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Custom products and certain other items are non-returnable. Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.

To start a return, contact us at [email protected]. Returns must be sent to 26-C, Street 5, Badar Commercial, DHA Phase 5 Defence Housing Authority, Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. Returns sent without prior request will not be accepted. After receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you via email about your refund status.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 15 days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

Yes, you are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
